How to use the Tasks and Issues Cards on the RBM Home Page
From the Home page you can toggle between the tasks and issues Cards. The tasks and issues presented are specifically relevant to you and are prioritised on current state.
Tasks presented are those in a state of active, available or suspended. They are also prioritised in terms of those that need immediate attention. Clicking on a task card will take you to the relevant task detail record.
Issues which are presented are in a state of open and will appear with the latest issues created as priority. Again, issue cards can be clicked into, opening the issue detail record.
Both tasks and issues can be found either by using the Search field or by using the navigation arrows at the bottom of the panel. A refresh button is also available to allow a refresh of the data presented. The large and small icons can be used to present the card in a big or smaller format.
